　　二、无负压供水设备保养知识——运行注意事项：1、检查叶轮，清理异物，如遇特殊情况，水泵叶轮损坏或轧入异物，需检查清理，则需拆下轴承体和尾盖，向后面拉出轴和叶轮，泵体及进出水接管不必拆动。2、检查填料函：无负压供水设备采用填料函密封时，必须注意填料的松紧，太松漏水太多影响性能，在正常时，漏水量应在每分60滴左右，滴水为正常，周围溅水就不正常。3、润滑轴承：无负压供水设备采用进口轴承半封闭型，出厂时已加高温润滑脂，可连续运行2年以后，以后每年需加润滑脂一次。4、检查机械密封：无负压供水设备在采用机械密封时，切忌断水情况下运转，调试时也只可作瞬间点动，该机械装置在正常运转时会有少量滴水从挡水圈前流出，当漏水量较多时，应检查磨擦环，检修或更换该机械密封正常情况下寿命为8000小时，一般不必整套更换，只要调换动环和静环这一对磨擦环即可。
